The use of machining centers to process parts, the equipment costs shared in each part is more expensive, but in the case of single-piece, small batch production, you can save a lot of other aspects of the cost, so you can get good economic benefits. For example, after the part is mounted on the machine, adjustment, machining and inspection times can be shortened, reducing direct production costs. In addition, hardware investment is reduced because machining centers do not need to make other jigs and fixtures for machining parts, and production costs are further reduced because machining centers offer stable machining quality and reduced scrap rates.
