Product Description
"ZCS-QGM2030B 5 microhole three grinding head ultra-precision ultrasonic air static pressure round CNC grinder", using air static pressure workpiece electric spindle, three grinding head ultrasonic air static pressure wheel electric spindle (21), special CBN grinding wheel trim air static pressure electric spindle, X / Z axis using ultra-precision air floating rail, Spain high precision grating ruler, by high precision linear motor drive. Natural granite bed body, air spring shock absorption system, robot automatic loading and unloading (optional), precision online measuring instrument (optional), AE sensor (optional), and the new generation of high precision numerical control system. The whole machine achieves the machining accuracy of 0.3um round degree, 2 cylindrical degree (full stroke) and Ra0.1um smooth finish. The specific technical parameters are shown as follows:
